I would suggest you to add this tool(farbar service scanner) to the guide

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/farbar/FSS.exe

This is the tool that could help us find the missing driver or registry keys.This makes our job more easier.Farbar service scanner is more useful than the mini toolbox if internet issue is related to malware removal.
