Currently FSB (formerly known as KGB) pushes P.Durov - owner of widest Russian social network - Vkontakte (clone of facebook) to block several network groups created by opposition - people who against the faked election results. Below is scan of FSB request to block several vkontakte groups. Seems FSB controlled botnets are unable to handle vkontakte in usual way.
