How one can get a job as malware analyst in company for freshers? Currently I'm reading Practical Malware analysis by Michael Sikorski.Organization hire people having experience in this field.

Analyze malware, document it and write blogs and papers about your findings. Apply for jobs and submit your work to them. This shows them what you know and that you are interested in the field.
First thing I would do is start a job as a systems admin or similar
Learn python for scripting
learn to live in logs
Spend your evenings taking apart binaries and go slow
teach yourself how to disassemble
Get a virtual environment going if you can
then as Mondragon notes - start blogging and writing to the point that you have a small portfolio that when you walk into an interview you can speak with authority
