There are various tools that is included in in OllyDrx .
I think the advantage is it's an all in one package and has various tools included included all sysInternal's suite, olly scripts, ollyPlugins, newest version of RE Tools and other stuff .

As far as I know, this compilation dates back to January 2009. Most of the useful tools have been updated and OllyDrx is a bug-fest.
