Nothing to said. In a few last months famous JoeBox stopped giving free service. At first time there was "a registration form" for e-mail - but now the case is closed. Just to cite:

We have provide for the last three years a completely free service to the security community. Due to increasing costs we decided to stop the free services. I hope you understand and respect that decision. Attached you will find the price lists for the online service.

Hehe, I'd recommend you just to try open such free account. I have waited for a few months - no success. So it is not always the same as it looks like.
