It is NDIS5 miniport driver (Intel 2104x/2114x 10/100 mbps Ethernet Controller) from Virtual PC 2007 environment.

i see.i was wondering why would somebody still have the ndis3 installed on xp.

since it is a ndis5 miniport drivver.i take a chance to see if i can reproduce it.. :geek:
