What do you think about that? As I know he remove watermarks from some binary. And next, as I think, he forged ESET key.

I dont think so. AFAIK due to previous leakages of IDA, according to many ppl, HexRays and Ilfak has issued new watermarks and proven complicated (build time generated, non-fixed locations etc,.) and therefore its very hard to forge one. Chance that ESET has been owned is very high.
