Well, it locks my Windows 7 x64 at startup. Hard reset the only way. Will try later in some virtual environment.

This happens when booting windows with "/debug" switch turned on only ?

I don't want to do experiments because it was my physical work machine, but yes Windows was configured to run with debug through bcdedit.
eXPressor started, spawned few copies of itself and then everything was locked, including keyboard. Application was running without admin rights.
This packer also flagged XP Mode as VM, so I was forced to use another vm to run it.
