Hi,
I just wonder about the entrance requirements for big corporations like microsoft , google , apple and ... .
how a person can be uialified for corporates like mentioned as developer ?
Is it more related to his/her speciality in a specific field or related to his/her university and education certificates (university certificate) ?
Industrial certificates & speciality is more important or education / university certification for these places ?
thanks .

regards.

Some guys that work with/in MS, have both : such as Mark Russinovich.
Some like Anders Hejlsberg had not accomplished any important/famous academic work/paper/qualification, but have done excellent works in the field.
and some like Don Syme got in through academic entrances (Microsoft Research)
I think the practical work is more important (Suppose you've done some fascinating real practical work such as Alex Ionescu or Patrick Dussud; So, it doesn't matter if you have Ph.D or not; although you can apply for research positions in places like Microsoft Research)
Working in some sensitive security projects/organizations in US requires Security Clearance
