Hello,

I would like to introduce a new tool for removing rogue programs. It is able to remove the new FakeAVs (System Care Antivirus and Internet Security). I will not add old rogues to database because they aren't active now.

This tool is named explorer.exe, so infection will not block it.
It is available to download here.
