Who knows how to open .bin files. Or run as .exe file?

Yes, I have done this before. But nothing happens.
Changed bin to exe.

rename binary to exe?seems the renamed or changed will not work not valid pe so i recomment to use notepad for binary or hex editor or similar tool that help you to run or explore binary file it look like dll require file i guess
