Can someone recommend me in what sandbox to run my browser and IM so even if exploited, malware to not be able to infect my computer ?

Do you need to browser and IM for a day-to-day usage or for downloading malware & surfing in the wrong places?
in case the first option is what you want, i would recommend using sandboxie/b], otherwise create a separate VM (without folder or NIC sharing).
